Dr. Musbahu M. Bashir is the Chairman of Althani Group of Companies and Cobalt International Services Limited, a position he has held since 2004. He brings over two decades of experience in General Management, Leadership and Engineering with a strong track record in driving strategic growth and organizational development.

He has completed executive education and professional certifications from prestigious institutions, including American University London and Havard Business School USA strengthening his expertise in leadership business strategy and corporate governance.

Dr Bashir currently serves as a Director on the Boards of Jaiz Bank Plc, Bento Drill Nigeria Limited, Offshore Technologies International Limited and Resource Capital Group. Prior to these roles he worked with Hammad Development Facilities and Jadal Diversified Services.
